About Me
Hi, I’m Paulina — the founder and heart behind Glassy Skin Co., a Korean-inspired facial studio based in Vancouver, BC. My journey in the beauty industry began in 2016 through makeup artistry, eventually growing into lash services and brow grooming. But it wasn’t until 2022 that I truly found my calling in body contouring — the emotional impact of helping clients feel more confident and connected to themselves lit something in me. That spark turned into a business, and by April 2023, Glassy Skin Company Inc. was officially incorporated.
Throughout 2023, I poured everything into body sculpting and lymphatic drainage therapy, and in doing so, I reconnected with a lifelong passion: skincare. More than a career pivot, it felt like coming home.
As someone of Korean descent, skincare is more than just a step-by-step routine — it’s a deeply rooted ritual and cultural expression of self-care.
