By accessing or using this website and any of our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree with these Terms of Service (“Terms”), please refrain from using the website or booking any appointments.
These Terms apply to all users, including clients, prospective clients, browsers, and anyone accessing the website in any capacity.
1. Services Offered
We provide licensed skin and body treatments including but not limited to:
Custom facial treatments
Body contouring services
Manual lymphatic drainage massage
All services are non-invasive and non-medical. They are designed to improve the skin’s appearance and overall wellness. Services are appointment-only and tailored based on your intake form and concerns.
2. Booking & Payment
Appointments are scheduled via our online booking platform (Acuity Scheduling). To confirm your booking, we require:
A non-refundable $50 deposit, or
A valid payment method securely stored on file.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We accept payment via Square and PayPal. Full payment is due on the day of your service. Pricing and promotions are subject to change without notice.
3. Client Intake & Disclosure
Prior to your first appointment, you are required to complete a health and skincare intake form. This form collects details such as:
Name, contact information
Skin concerns and conditions
Allergies, medications, or health issues
Treatment history
This information is used solely to customize your treatments and ensure your safety. Failure to disclose accurate information may lead to adverse outcomes and releases us from liability.
You must be 18 years or older, or have written parental/guardian consent if under 18.
4. Client Code of Conduct
All clients are expected to treat our staff and space with respect and courtesy. Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or abusive language will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service or permanent banning from future appointments.
Clients are also expected to arrive clean and prepared for treatment. If you are visibly ill or under the influence, we reserve the right to refuse service.
5. Cancellations, Late Arrivals, and No-Shows
Respecting time is essential for all clients and our team. Our policy is as follows:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may result in the loss of your deposit or a 50% cancellation fee
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service
Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may require a shortened service or rescheduling
Multiple offenses may result in restricted booking access or prepayment requirements.

6. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to:
Inappropriate behavior or misconduct
Visible skin infections or open wounds
Contraindications to treatment
Failure to follow policies or pre/post-care instructions
7. Satisfaction Disclaimer
We are committed to delivering exceptional service, but outcomes can vary due to skin type, health, and lifestyle. While many clients see visible improvement, we do not guarantee results.
If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will do our best to address your concerns.
8. Gift Cards, Packages & Promotions
Gift cards and packages:
Are non-refundable and non-transferable
May not be exchanged for cash
Must be redeemed before the expiration date
Promotional offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated.
9. Illness & Communicable Disease Policy
If you are experiencing symptoms of illness (e.g., fever, cough, sore throat, skin rash), please reschedule your appointment. We aim to maintain a clean, safe space for all clients and reserve the right to turn away anyone appearing unwell.
10. Intellectual Property & Use of Site
All content on www.glassyskin.co—including but not limited to service descriptions, branding, original photography, design elements, logos, and copy—is the intellectual property of Glassy Skin Company Inc.
Exceptions: A limited number of photos are sourced from publicly available or royalty-free platforms (e.g., Pinterest) for aesthetic purposes. If you are the owner of any image used and would like it removed or credited, please contact us directly.
No content may be copied, modified, reproduced, or redistributed without our written permission.
11. Modifications to Services or Terms
We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.
Continued use of our website or services following changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
